Terms of Use

1. Agreement
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Astra, the provider of the Astra desktop software and sellwithastra.com. By purchasing, installing, activating, or using Astra, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
2. What Astra does
Astra is a Windows desktop tool that helps eBay sellers import Seller Hub files, edit listing data, review changes, and create revision files for upload. Astra does not post changes directly to eBay. You remain responsible for reviewing every file and confirming the results in Seller Hub.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You may use Astra for your own resale business and are responsible for complying with the laws, marketplace rules, and tax obligations that apply to you.
4. License
Your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Astra 1.x on up to five devices. You may not resell, sublicense, share, copy, publish, reverse engineer, bypass license controls, or use Astra to build or operate a competing product. The software and branding remain the property of Astra and its licensors.
5. Your listings and files
You own and control the files you import and export. You are responsible for their accuracy, legality, backups, and use. Do not use Astra to infringe intellectual property, mislead buyers, evade marketplace rules, or process information you do not have permission to use.
6. Early Access
Early Access software may contain defects and may change as it develops. Features, supported file formats, and compatibility may change. We may provide fixes or updates, but we do not promise that every future feature or major version will be included with an Astra 1.x license.
7. Payments and refunds
Polar acts as merchant of record for purchases, payment processing, taxes, invoices, and transaction records. Polar's checkout buyer terms also apply to your purchase. Refund requests are handled under the Astra Refund Policy and any rights that cannot legally be limited.
8. eBay and third parties
Astra is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by eBay Inc. eBay is a trademark of eBay Inc. Your use of eBay remains subject to eBay's agreements and policies. Third-party services may change or stop supporting file formats at any time.
9. No guarantee of marketplace results
Astra does not guarantee that eBay will accept a file, approve a listing, preserve a listing, or produce any sales, profit, ranking, or account outcome. Preflight checks reduce common file errors but cannot detect every marketplace, policy, or content issue.
10. Warranty disclaimer
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Astra is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. This section does not remove rights that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Astra will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, sales, data, listings, reputation, or business opportunity. Our total liability for claims connected with Astra will not exceed the amount you paid for the software. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end a license if it was obtained fraudulently, refunded, shared beyond its allowed use, used to harm the service, or used in material violation of these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination will remain in effect.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these terms for future purchases or when the product or law changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Questions may be sent to support@sellwithastra.com.
